How long does the engraving take?

Engraving is done the same day your order is placed. It doesn’t delay shipping, your watch will still be shipped on the same (business)day

How much does the engraving cost?

Engraving a watch costs €25.95 and engraving a ring costs €19.95. The price is fixed, so you can add as many characters within the limit without paying extra.

How many characters can I engrave?

You can engrave up to 20 characters on 3 lines for watches and 12 characters on a ring. Perfect for a name, date, or short personal message.

Do you offer gift packaging?

Yes! Every AIRA watch includes a standard premium gift box

Is the watch waterproof?

AIRA watches are splash-proof and resistant to rain and hand washing, but they are not suitable for swimming or showering.

Can I return an engraved watch?

Engraved items are custom-made and cannot be returned unless we made a mistake or the product arrived damaged. If there’s an issue, contact us within 14 days according to our return policy.
